BIDV SmartBanking is a digital banking application for individual customers, developed by the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). The platform focuses on delivering a seamless, personalized user experience with features such as a 24/7 AI Assistant, Auto-Invest, and a 360° digital ecosystem that integrates lifestyle utilities and personal financial tools — including Online Salary Advance, Online Card Opening, and secure multi-platform access and transactions.
In September 2025, BIDV SmartBanking was officially recognized by the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) as “The digital banking application supporting financial transactions across the most types of devices in Vietnam.”
