• Individual/ household customers having accounts opened at BIDV & registering for BIDV SmartBanking

Customers can register for the SmartVoice OTT service with just a few simple steps:

• Step 1: Login BIDV SmartBanking app
• Step 2:
• Option 1: From the Home screen, tap Search, enter “OTT”, and select SmartVoice OTT from the search results.
• Option 2: Go to Settings -> Balance Notifications -> App Notifications.
• Step 3: On the feature screen, tap SmartVoice OTT.
• Step 4: Select the account(s), notification time window, and transaction amount threshold, then enter your Smart OTP PIN to confirm the registration.

Please ensure BIDV SmartBanking is updated to the latest version. If SmartVoice OTT is activated but no voice notifications are played, please check the following:

• Turn on the phone’s sound and disable Silent mode.
• Go to Phone Settings -> Notifications -> BIDV SmartBanking and enable Sound notifications.
• Disable Focus mode via the Control Center (tap and hold the Focus icon, then turn it off).
