Customer's money is kept safe by BIDV

    • BIDV will keep money overnight for customers when required. No fee shall be charged in case customers deposit money into their bank account.
    • In case customers only send money overnight (without deposit into their bank account), overnight cash storage fee will be charged.
  • Customers make an overnight cash storage request following BIDV's form and cash breakdown.
  • BIDV's Cashier shall check overnight cash storage request, cash breakdown prepared by customers.
  • Customers seal their cash bag with the witness of the Bank's staff (cashier).
  • The seal must include full name, address, type of money,  number of bundle, amount of money in each bag, date and customer's signature
