Current deposits are amounts deposited by the payment service users to the Bank for the purpose of keeping money or performing payment transactions by payment instruments via the Bank.

Savings are amounts deposited into the Bank through savings accounts. The savings amount is confirmed on the savings passbook with interest earned in accordance with BIDV's regulations and insured in accordance with the law on deposit insurance. Savings includes demand savings (ie, savings that can be withdrawn on demand on any banking day of BIDV) and term savings (ie, savings that depositor agrees with BIDV on certain terms and conditions of payment).
