From now until 31 March 2026, shop owners and small merchants only need to link their BIDV account with a sales/management software (SMS) to receive incentives of up to VND 1,000,000 per customer. Customers can choose one of the following two offers:

1) BIDV Monthly Cashback Based on Customer Performance (Maximum: VND 1,000,000 per customer)

Tier 1: Monthly CASA balance from VND 10 million to under VND 30 million – Cashback: VND 200,000/month

Tier 2: Monthly CASA balance from VND 30 million to under VND 50 million – Cashback: VND 300,000/month

Tier 3: Monthly CASA balance from VND 50 million and above – Cashback: VND 500,000/month

CASA balance is assessed in the month immediately following the month of successful software linkage.

Each customer may receive rewards for a maximum of 2 months during the promotion period, with a total cap of VND 1,000,000 per customer.

2) BIDV Subsidy for Sales Management Software Fees (Up to VND 1,000,000 per customer)

- 1-year free trial sponsorship for Sepay and So Ban Hang software (subject to detailed terms and conditions).

- Up to VND 1,000,000 subsidy for Alobo sports facility booking management software (subject to detailed terms and conditions).

Notes:

• Each customer is eligible based only on the first successful linkage during the promotion period.
• Each customer may receive incentives from only one promotional program.
• If the program budget is fully utilized before the end date, priority will be given to customers who link earlier.
