Waiver of online transfer fee, a set of vouchers for customers who register online for BIDV SmartBanking, and many other attractive offers for all customers are the bank’s new program called “Let’s stay at home with BIDV” - a practical action to support customers during the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

From 11 August 2021 to 1 December 2021, BIDV offers all fees for transactions made via SmartBanking app and an additional combo of up to VND300,000 for the first 1,000 customers who successfully register and activate the app on the daily basis; applied for the first customers using the discount code or making a successful mobile top-up transaction on SmartBanking for the first time, in particular:

  • - A set of vouchers worth VND200,000 in total, including 2 VNPAY-QR discount codes and 2 Vnshop discount codes, each code worth 50,000 VND.
  • - Instant 50% of top-up value (up to VND50,000) for the first mobile top-up transaction.
  • - Receive VND50,000 when registering online with eKYC and making a financial transaction within 30 days of successful registration.

Applicable to customers who are eligible for the program and top-up mobile on the app within 30 days from the date customer receives a message on SmartBanking.

BIDV will top-up 50% of the value that customer have made on the app to the mobile number that customer uses to login BIDV SmartBanking.

Gift of VND50,000

Applicable to the first 1,000 customers on a daily basis registering for the app with eKYC, successfully activate SmartBanking and make a financial transaction.

Financial transactions are transactions that debit the customer's bank account such as money transfer, bill payment, mobile top-up, QR payment, etc., excluding fee collection and interest payment transactions of the bank.

BIDV will send the gift amount directly to customers' bank account in 3-5 days if they are qualified for the program’s conditions.
