The app aligns with BIDV's goal of promoting “green” and environmentally friendly products, engaging with the community and social responsibilities. 

By 2025 - 2030, BIDV Home will be a cornerstone of BIDV’s retail credit digital transformation, further streamlining loan processes, prioritizing  customer satisfaction, and reinforcing BIDV's leadership in the market. 

With this award, BIDV became the first bank in Vietnam to be honored five times by The Asian Banker in the category of Best Mortage Loan Product.
