B.ONE - A Digital Workplace Platform: B.ONE is a multi-platform, integrated digital workplace solution that streamlines internal resource management and enhances workflow efficiency. Currently deployed bank-wide, B.ONE has digitized nearly 90% of BIDV’s internal processes, enabling powerful multitasking and high-speed information retrieval to support effective decision-making.

E-Guarantee Solution integrated with the National Electronic Procurement System: This fully digital solution allows BIDV customers to issue and receive electronic guarantee letters via integration with the National E-Procurement System (NEPS). By eliminating paperwork and enabling real-time transaction tracking, it helps businesses seize bidding opportunities quickly and securely, while also reducing operational costs. In addition, customers can easily look up transactions and securely store electronic records with a high level of data protection.

e-KYC Solution for Corporate Clients: BIDV’s eKYC solution simplifies account opening for corporate clients by enabling remote registration in under 10 minutes - without requiring a branch visit. The end-to-end automated process includes document scanning, identity verification, and real-time onboarding, enabling businesses to transact and receive funds quickly and securely. In addition, businesses can make outward transfers within just four hours after completing registration. By reducing manual, repetitive tasks, the solution brings a more seamless experience to customers.
