BIDV announces the selection of asset valuation organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) hereby announces the selection of a property appraisal enterprise as follows:

1. Property information:

- House and land in Mau Than street, An Hoa ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city, land area 155,2 m2, urban land, structual housing: 4 floors, usable area 37,08 m2, floor area 141,63 m2.

- House and land in Mau Than street, An Hoa ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city, land area 109 m2, urban land, structual housing: 2 floors, usable area 62,4 m2, floor area 186,7 m2.

- Land use right in Nguyen Van Linh street, Binh Chanh area, Long Hoa ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city, and area 4.683,5 m2 (of which: urban land area 1.300 m2; paddy land area 3.383,5 m2).

2. Deadline for document submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 03 working days (05 days by postmark) from the date BIDV posts a public notice on the website http://bidv.com.vn

3. Submission location:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Center for debt settlement in the Mekong Delta region.

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must be on the public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal operation of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected price appraisal enterprise is not in the case of not being subject to price appraisal according to the provisions of the Price Law and its guiding documents.

5. Registration application include:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Bidding letter and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the price appraisal enterprise does not allowed to make price appraisal as prescribed by law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected appraisal enterprise, the entities who will not be notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV will not return the application to the unselected entities.
