BIDV announces the selection of a property auction organization

1. Asset Information:

- Asset name: Entire debt of ABN Industrial Equipment Joint Stock Company at Ha Thanh Branch.

- Starting price: The entire principal and accrued interest of the debt up to the date of signing the auction service contract (tentatively calculated to February 28, 2025: VND 30,575,084,886)

- In words: Thirty billion, five hundred seventy-five million, eighty-four thousand, eight hundred eighty-six Vietnamese dong

- Collateral asset: Land use rights and attached assets on the land plot No. 224, map sheet No. 17, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City. Area: 317 m²

2. Application submission deadline:

- The deadline for direct submission is 03 days from the date of this notice (postal submissions are determined by the postmark, provided that BIDV – Debt Settlement Center receives the documents within 03 days from the date of this notice).

4. Selection criteria:

- Listed among the organizations permitted to conduct property auctions by the Ministry of Justice.

- Adequate facilities and equipment to conduct auctions for the type of asset in question.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- Capability, experience, and reputation in conducting property auctions.

5. Application documents include:

- Legal documents of the enterprise.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Related documents as mentioned in Section 4 of this announcement, and other commitments (if any).

Note:

- Applications are automatically invalid if the auction organization is not legally permitted to operate according to the law.

- BIDV – Debt Settlement Center will issue a written notice to the selected auction organization. Organizations not receiving a response will be considered as not selected. Application documents will not be returned.
