Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Ben Thanh Branch notifies seizing and keeping collateral property as follows

Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land specified in the Certificate of Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land no. 3707/2004:

- Land lot no: 84;                                           Map sheet no: 27;

- Area: 47,5 m² (In words: Forty-seven point five square meters);

- Form of use: Private use;

- Purpose of use: Land for living;

b) House:

- Address: No 453/2/6, Tan Hoa Dong street, Binh Tri Dong Ward, Binh  Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City;

- Gross Floor Area: 63,5 m².

- Contruction Area: 47,5 m².

- House Texture: Brick wall, wood floor, tole roof.

- Number of floors: 02.

2. Ownership of Assets: Mr Lu Quoc Trong.

3. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

4. Time of seizure: from 10:00 am on December 29^nd, 2021 to until the completion of the actual seizure.

5. Place of seizure: No 453/2/6, Tan Hoa Dong street, Binh Tri Dong Ward, Binh  Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City;

6. Period for seizing and keeping: As from the time of seizing and keeping until collateral property is disposed, auctioned to assist Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch recover debt or until Borrower fully pays debt.

7. The cost for disposing collateral property: Using appraisal result of agency, organization have competence for appraisement. Expenses for renting agency, organization have competence for appraisement will be calculated into the cost for disposing collateral property.

8. Disposition method: Auction sale will be carried out through organization have competence for auction appointed by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch.
