BIDV South Hanoi announces the seizure of collateral as follows:

1. Name of collateral: Land use rights at Phuong Duc Commune, Phu Xuyen District, Ha Tay Province (now Hanoi City) according to the Land Use Right Certificate No. T 168556, in the land use right certificate book No. 000714 QSDĐ/H-UBND issued by People's Committee of Phu Xuyen Ha Tay District (now Hanoi City) on August 20, 2002. Donated the land use right to Mr. Doan Ba Hai issued by the Hanoi Land Registration Office, Phu Xuyen District branch on August 31, 2016.

2. Reason for seizing: Handling collateral to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract and the provisions of law.

3. The time of seizing collateral: expected in July, 2021 to completing the seizure.

4. Place of seizure: Phuong Duc Commune, Phu Xuyen District, Ha Tay Province (now Hanoi City).

5. Seizure Period: From the time of seizing until the security property is handled, auctioned off for debt recovery by BIDV- South Hanoi Branch or until the Borrower repays completely the loan 

6. Price of handling Collateral: Using valuated results of functional auction agencies and organizations. The cost of hiring valuation agencies and organizations is included in the cost of handling security assets.

7. Handling method: Public auction through a functional auction organization selected by BIDV – South Hanoi Branch.
