The deadline for direct application submission is 03 days from the date of notification or the date of posting on website www.bidv.com.vn (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV no later than 03 days from the date of notification)

4. Criteria for selection:

- Physical facilities, equipment need to be sure for the auction for the type of auctioned asset.

- The auction plan is possible and effective.

- Abilities, experience and reputable of asset auction organization.

- Auction service renumeration, cost of auction is suitable.

- Must be on the Ministry of Justice list of asset auction organization.

- Has been active for at least 03 years.

- Has at least 03 auctioneer.

- In accordance with BIDV's requirements.

5. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation, relevant document according to Section 4 of this notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the asset auction organization is not permitted to perform by law

-  BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the asset auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV do not return the application of organization unselected.
