The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Thanh Nam Branch (BIDV Thanh Nam) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

 1. Assets information:

- Real estate: Land use rights and land-attached assets under the Certificate of land use rights to own houses and other land-attached assets number BP382942, BP382941, BP382940, BP382939, BP382938, BP382937, BP382936, BP382935 issued by People's Committee of Yen Khanh district to Mr. Phan Anh Duc on November 15, 2013 (The assets have been contributed capital to Hoang Long Garment and Embroidery Co., Ltd.).

- Real property: Assets are 372 sewing machinery and equipment,

- Property attached to land built on taxed land according to the land allocation contract with the budget No 01/ND UBND/2014 dated December 10, 2014 signed between Hoang long Garment and Embroidery Company limited and Khanh Hong Commune People’s Committee.

2.  Submission deadline:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Thanh Nam within 10 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Other criteria as required by BIDV Thanh Nam

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by BIDV Thanh Nam

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thanh Nam shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
