5	Real estate	01 land use right and property associated with land at Qui Thanh 1 Hamlet, Trung Kien Commune, Thot Not District, Can Tho City. Area is 127m2.
6	Real estate	01 land use right and property associated with land at Long Thanh 1 Area, Thot Not Ward, Thot Not District, Can Tho City. Area is 226.3m2.
7	Real estate	01 land use right and property associated with land at Tan Phuoc 1 Area, Thuan Hung Ward, Thot Not District, Can Tho City. Area is 935m2.
8	Movable property	2 cars: + Brand: INFINITI car, 7 seats, red color. + TOYOTA Camry car; Year of manufacture: 2007.

2. Period for applying documents:

Period for direct applying documents is seven (7) days from the day of notice (documents sent by postal will be calculated according to stamp of post office, on condition that BIDV must receive documents within ten (10) days from day of notice).

4. Criterion for choosing:

- Enterprises are chosen must belong to public List of Appraised Enterprises satisfy conditions to appraised operations of Ministry of Finance.

- Appraised Company is chosen will not belong to case of not to be appraised according to regulations of Law on price and relevant documents.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of Company

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

*Note:

-  Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, Units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will not returned documents to Units not to be chosen.
