- Reserve Price: 20.000.000.000 VND (In words: Twenty billion Vietnamese dongs./.)

2. Location for application submission:

Deadline for direct application is five (03) days from the date of notification (documents sent by post will be considered valid to stamp off post office, provided that BIDV Thai Nguyen must receive the application within seven (05) days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Having necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Reasonable remuneration for auction services and auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having operation time of at least 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Experience working with BIDV Thai Nguyen.

5. Documents required:

- Company legal documents.

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, relevant documents according under Section 4 of this Notification, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
