- The selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities
- The selected price appraisal enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.
- Remuneration for appraisal services, appropriate property appraisal certificate costs.
5. Registration documents include:
- Corporate legal records.
- Description of qualifications and experience.
- Quotation letter, other commitments of the asset valuation enterprise (in which the content of the offer letter shows such contents as the preliminary estimated valuation value of the assessed asset, the price level, etc.).
* Note:
- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the valuation enterprise is not appraised according to the provisions of law.
- BIDV Thai Ha will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation enterprise, those who are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV Thai Ha will not return the application to the units. not selected.
