BIDV announces the selection of assets valuation organizations

1. Information of debt:

- Valuated Asset: Debt of Pride Vietnam Construction Investment Co., Ltd

- Description of asset:

+ Total Outstanding of the debt at BIDV (temporary due date 29/03/2023): 212.409.228.951 VND (principal: 173.957.485.604 VND and interest: 38.451.743.347 VND)

+ The debt of Pride Vietnam Construction Investment Co., Ltd is secured by:

* Ownership of land use right according to Certificate of Origin No. 012505 on dated 27/4/2018 at Zone A, Bim Son industrial, Bim Son town, Thanh Hoa Province. Land size 57.888 m2 and 13.901 m2, Maturity date 08/2/2063. Owners: Pride Vietnam Construction Investment Co., Ltd.

* Machinery, equipment and factory on land of project.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 7 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification).

3. Place of submission:

- Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC – Debt workout center, 19th Floor, Vincom Tower, 191 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

4. Criteria Chosen

- Is included in the list of property valuation organizations announced by the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Price Law and its guiding documents.

- The organizations with Headquarters/Branches/Representative office in Hanoi.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

-Letter of quotation, other commitments (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
