Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch (BIDV Thanh Nam) would like to announce the auction of assets of Thuy Dat Joint Stock Company as follows:

1. Information of assets:

- Asset 4.1 - Property on land in Zone A, including: Executive office cum Office, Workshop No. 1,2,3, Workshop pulled fiber, Warehouse, Canteen and kitchen, Guard house, Electronic weighing system, Power station, Water treatment station, ………), Water supply system, Industrial exhaust fan 36 ”(13 pieces). According to the Certificate of land use right, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land No. BP 708486, the number in the book CT01725 issued by Nam Dinh People's Committee on May 25, 2015 (total land area 11,109,09 m2)

- Asset 4.2 - Property on land in Zone B: All properties associated with land in Area B (including: Main production workshop, bleaching, dyeing, new factory, warehouse and house tools, worker motels, boiler houses, security houses, garages, power stations, …….), systems of equipment for water supply and treatment, steam supply systems and other equipment , Automatic door locomotive, Towel cooking pot (02 pieces), Industrial exhaust fan 36 "(16 pieces), Single cylinder boiler type DZL4-1.25-ALL, 4 tonne boiler DZL4-1,25 -AIII (02 pieces).

- Asset 4.3 - Printing line: 12-color printer with size of 02m (KC-86ASIG), Tensioner, Lamp stretch, HTMH 338-220 Dryer, Humidifier, Air compressor.

- Asset 4.4 - Automatic bleaching line: 2.4m wide cleaning line LMH2130-240, Preliminary dryer.

- Asset 4.6 - Warping machine, fiber winding machine: GA128-1800 mm warping machine (including 01 spool), GA306A-2400 mm warping machine (including 18 spindles).

- Asset 4.7 - Other machines and equipment sold individually: SW878 tape dispenser (including 1 spindle shaft), ZXD128B spinning machine, ZXD 128B spinning machine (02 pieces), machine yarn testing machine, Automatic splicing machine, ZXB 63 Bean Spreader, SME301-1500mm Spinning Machine, TH-2000 Spinning Machine, SH TLZ-2000 Towel Warmer, WMD 450kg Normal Pressure Dyeing Machine, WMD 300kg Normal Pressure Dyeing Machine, WMD 150kg Normal Pressure Dyeing Machine, 200kg MF-98 High Pressure Towel Dyeing Machine (02 pieces), High Pressure Towel Dyeing Machine 400 kg SA ASME998 (03 pieces), Towel Drying Machine, Experimental Dyeing Machine (3-5kg), SH SMB26 Cotton-trimmer, Washing machine (02 pieces), Cage dryer (02 pieces).

2. Starting price of the auctioned property:

Total starting price of all assets is VND 110,033,000,000. In case the purchaser wishes to buy asset(s) individually, price of each asset is as follows:

- Asset 4.1 - Property on land in Area A: VND 31,565,000,000

- Asset 4.2 - Property attached to land in Area B: VND 39,391,000,000

- Asset 4.3 - Printing line: VND 13,310,000,000

- Asset 4.4 - Automatic bleaching line: VND 11,737,000,000.

- Asset 4.6 - Spinning machine, fiber sizing machine: VND 993,000,000.

- Asset 4.7 - Retail machinery and equipment each: VND 13,037,000,000.

Principles of sale:

- Purchasers of all 6 assets take first priority. In case of no application for all assets, the assets registered shall be auctioned.

- For purchasing properties in Zone B: In all cases, the priority to sell assets is the System of machinery and equipment in Zone B (Assets 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7) before selling assets attached to the land in Zone B (Property 4.2).

+ For purchasing Assets 4.7: In case of no application for the whole package, the assets registered shall be auctioned.

Price does not include VAT and costs related to the transfer process. All costs related to the transfer of ownership / use of property, including registration fee, title transfer fee, notarization fee and other expenses (if any), will be borne by the auction winner.

3. Selection criteria:

- Satisfying the conditions specified in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 189 of the 2013 Land Law.

- The successful bidder complies with the current provisions of the Investment Law

- Participants in the auction must ensure the conditions prescribed by the Auction Law (in accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Auction).

4. Time and place for auction:

- Time to submit the application for auction participation: From 28 February 2020 to 4 March 2020 (during office hours)
