The Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) announces the selection of an auction organization for the sale of assets as follows:

2. Application deadline :

The deadline for submitting applications in person is 7 days (applications submitted by mail will be considered based on the postmark, provided BIDV receives them within 10 days ) from the date BIDV publishes the public announcement on its website http://bidv.com.vn and https://dgts.moj.gov.vn .

3. Application submission location:

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the type of asset being auctioned .

- The auction method is feasible and effective .

- The capacity, experience, and reputation of the asset auction organization .

- Appropriate auction service fees and asset auction costs .

- Included in the list of asset auction organizations published by the Ministry of Justice .

- Must have been in operation for a minimum of 3 years.

- There must be at least 3 auctioneers.

5. The application dossier includes:

- Business legal documents.

- A description of skills and experience.

- The bid letter, related documents as per Section 4 of this Notice, and other commitments from the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents as required by BIDV

* Note:

- The registration documents automatically become invalid if the auction organization is not permitted to conduct the auction according to the law.

- BIDV will notify the selected auction organization of the results in writing. Organizations that do not receive a notification are understood to have not been selected, and BIDV will not return the application documents to the unselected organizations.
