Auction property are the debts of customers: Thanh Trang Co. Ltd, Viet Trang Beverage One Member Co. Ltd and Hoang Lan One Member Co. Ltd  at JSC Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Thua Thien Hue Branch, including all principal balance and interest balance, fee up to the time of debt trading.

(Temporary total outstanding balance of the debts as of April 18th, 2023 are 188.693.909.641 VND, of which: principal: 124.274.512.000 VND, interest (including interest due to late payment of principal and interest): 64.419.397.641 VND).

All debts of customers have been reached an agreement at Hue City People’s Court, as follow:

+ Debts of Thanh Trang Co. Ltd have been reached an agreement at Hue City People’s Court under Decision No 05/2022/QDST-KDTM dated March 11th, 2022 of Hue City People’s Court on the recognition of the agreement of the parties.

+ Debts of Viet Trang Beverage One Member Co. Ltd have been reached an agreement at Hue City People’s Court under Decision No 06/2022/QDST-KDTM dated March 11th, 2022 of Hue City People’s Court on the recognition of the agreement of the parties.

+ Debts of Hoang Lan One Member Co. Ltd have been reached an agreement at Hue City People’s Court under Decision No 29/2022/QDST-KDTM dated December 21st, 2022 of Hue City People’s Court on the recognition of the agreement of the parties.

Auction starting price: 168.740.107.177 VND (In words: One hundred and sixty eight billion, seven hundred and forty million, one hundred and seven thousand, one hundred and seventy seven dong), auction starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/right to use the property, registration fees and other fees, expenses, taxes, etc. incurred in connection with the purchase and sale of the debts (if any). All costs are paid by the auction winner. The purchase and sale of debts are not subject to value added tax.

5. Prepayment amount: 8.437.005.359 VND (In words: Eight billion, four hundred and thirty seven million, zero hundred and five thousand, three hundred and thirty nine dong), equivalent to 5% of the auction starting price.

6. Price of buying auction participation documents: 500.000 VND (In words: Five hundred thousand dong)/one set of documents.

10. Time limit to pay the prepayment amount: During the main hours of the days: 10th, 11th and 12th of May, 2023, unless otherwise agreed by property auction organization and auction participants.

- Qrganizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction shall submit valid auction participation documents and prepayment amount to Ben Thanh Auction Partnership according to the law.
