Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of an asset valuation enterprise as follows:

1. Property information:

(1) Rice processing plant located at Hamlet 1B, Mot Ngan Town, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province (currently Tan Hoa Commune, Can Tho City), comprising:

+ 01 Land Use Right (LUR) with an area of ​​2,897 m² (non-agricultural production and business land).

+ Assets attached to the land: a warehouse with a pre-engineered steel frame, corrugated iron roofing, and walls made of a combination of corrugated iron and masonry; structure grade: Grade 4; number of stories: 01; year of construction completion: 2012; floor area: 2,560 m².

+ Machinery and equipment line: The entire rice milling and polishing line, electrical substation, and forklift.

(2) 02 LURs located at Tan Loi Hamlet, Mot Ngan Town, Chau Thanh A District, Hau Giang Province (currently Tan Hoa Commune, Can Tho City). Total area: 7,008 m² (paddy land).

(3) 01 LUR located at Truong Loi Hamlet, Truong Long Tay Commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province (currently Tan Hoa Commune, Can Tho City). Area: 11,413 m² (land for two rice crops per year).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The time limit for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post shall be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive it within 10 days from the date of notification).

3. Application submission location:

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities.

- The selected valuation enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Price Law and its guiding documents.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Quotation letter, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, Units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will not returned documents to units not to be chosen.
