Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – District 3 Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV District 3 HCMC) hereby announces the selection of an asset valuation organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

1.1. Property 1: Land use rights and land-attached assets according to the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and other land-attached assets number CA 131144 number in the certificate of issuance book: CH 02816 issued by People's Committee Binh Chanh District issued on May 19, 2015. Details are as follows:

Parcel of land:

- Land plot number: 747, map sheet number: 37

- Address: Tan Tuc Town, Binh Chanh District, City. Ho Chi Minh

- Area: 2,080.1 m2, (In words: Two thousand zero hundred and eighty point one square meter).

1.2. Property 2: Land use rights and land-attached assets according to the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and other land-attached assets number BB 087161 No. Binh Chanh district issued on April 21, 2010. Details are as follows:

- Land plot number: 707, map sheet number: 37

- Address: Tan Tuc Town, Binh Chanh District, City. Ho Chi Minh

- Area: 80.1 m2, (In words: Eighty point one square meter)

- Form of use: private: 80.1 m2; general: no;

- Purpose of use: land for other annual crops

- Expiry date: Until 2065

- Origin of use: The State recognizes land use rights as the state allocates land without collecting land use fees.

Housing: Not yet certified.

1.3. Property 3: Land use right and properties attached to land according to the LURC Certificate No. AG376223, in the Certificate of Granting Book No. H00819/26860 issued by the People's Committee of District 9 on January 29, 2008. Details are as follows:

* Parcel of land:

- Land plot No: 502, Map sheet No: 27 (According to 2003 survey documents);

- Address: Long Truong Ward, District 9 (old), Ho Chi Minh City;

- Area: 429.27 m2, (In words: Four hundred twenty nine points twenty seven square meters);

- Form of use: private: 429.27 m2; general: no;

- Purpose of use: Residential land in urban areas: 429.27 m2;

- Shelf life: Long term;

- Origin of use: The State allocates land with collection of land use levy;

* Housing: Not yet certified

2. Appraisal purpose:

Determining the value of collateral assets as a reference basis for the asset handling process.

3. Criteria for selecting a appraisal organization:

To ensure that the appraisal of collateral value is carried out in accordance with the law, BIDV District 3 HCMC Branch chooses and gives priority to valuation organizations that meet the following criteria:

a.         The selected enterprise must be on the list of public price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

b.        Selected enterprises are not subject to the case of price appraisal according to the provisions of the Price Law and its guiding documents.

c.         Fully meets the standards of the Vietnam Standard Valuation System issued under Circular No. 158/2014/TT-BTC dated October 27, 2014, Circular No. 28/2015/TT-BTC dated 06 / 03/2015 of the Ministry of Finance and the provisions of law on appraisal of prices.

d.        Appraisers fully meet the standards prescribed by the Price Law and the law, have experience in the field of price appraisal; a reputable price appraisal firm, ....

e.         Package price appraisal service price (including costs of surveying, collecting information to appraise prices of collateral, ...)

f.          Other criteria: Provide certification according to regulations, responsible for the appraisal value.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation (related costs are included).
