Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 1434/KV2-GS1 dated February 12, 2026, regarding the change of Hoang Dieu Transaction Office - BIDV Binh Hung Sai Gon's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Hung Sai Gon Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Hung Sai Gon Branch

2. Location/Address of the Transaction Office to be changed:

- Former location/address: Ground floor, mezzanine floor, and Floors 1 of Building, No. 288 Ben Van Don Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location/address: No. 225B-C Tran Quang Khai Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: expected to begin from The second quarter, 2026.
