Based on the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 14 Branch, in document No. 542/KV14-QLGS1 dated March 2, 2026, regarding the approval of the change of location of BIDV's transaction office (Based on Decision No. 1577/QD-BIDV dated March 11, 2026, of BIDV concerning the change of name and location of the Mo Cay Transaction Office, and the change of location of the Mo Cay Nam Transaction Office - BIDV Ben Tre Branch), the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Ben Tre Branch announces the following change:

1. Change of location and name of Mo Cay Transaction Office – Ben Tre Branch:

- Current name and location:

+ Current name: Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Ben Tre Branch - Mo Cay Transaction Office.

+ Current location: 1198 Phu Quoi Hamlet, Mo Cay Commune, Vinh Long Province.

- New name and location:

+ New name: Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Ben Tre Branch - Tien Thuy Transaction Office.

+ New location: 615 National Highway 57C, Tien Thuy Commune, Vinh Long Province.

2. Change of location of Mo Cay Nam Transaction Office - Ben Tre Branch:

- Current location: 132A Le Lai Street, Mo Cay Commune, Vinh Long Province.

- New location: 1198 Phu Quoi Hamlet, Mo Cay Commune, Vinh Long Province.

3. Operating hours at the new location and change of branch name: expected before September 30, 2026.
