Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 3 Branch under Official Letter No. 1540/KV3-QLGS dated September 22, 2025, regarding the termination of operations of Muong La Transaction Office and Yen Chau Transaction Office under BIDV Son La, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Son La Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office to be terminated: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Son La Branch – Muong La Transaction Office

3. Effective date: October 1, 2025

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of Muong La Transaction Office and Yen Chau Transaction Office shall be transferred to BIDV Son La.
