Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 626/KV2-GS1 dated January 22, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Nam Sai Gon's location (Pursuant to the Decision No 696/QĐ-BIDV dated January 28, 2026 of BIDV on changing BIDV Nam Sai Gon's address), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Sai Gon Branch hereby announce as follows:
