Based on the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam - Region 10 Branch in document No. 495/KV10-QLGS1 dated March 31, 2026, regarding the approval of the change of location for Loc An Transaction Office – BIDV Da Lat, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Da Lat Branch announces the following change:

1. Change of location and name of Loc An – Da Lat Branch:

- Current name and location:

+ Current name: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Da Lat Branch – Loc An Transaction Office.

+ Current location: National Highway 20, Bao Lam 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province.

- New name and location:

+ New name: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Da Lat Branch – Dam Rong Transaction Office.

+ New location: Village 1, Dam Rong 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province.

2. Start time at the new location and for the change of transaction office’s name: expected from July 01, 2026.
