Based on the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 15, in document No. 2496/KV15-QLGS1 dated December 22, 2025, regarding the change of location of the Ca Mau City Transaction Office – BIDV Ca Mau Branch (Based on Decision No. 160/QD-BIDV dated January 9, 2026, of BIDV regarding the change of address of the Ca Mau City Transaction Office - BIDV Ca Mau Branch), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ca Mau Branch would like to announce the change as follows:

1. Change of Transaction Office Name:

- Current Name: Vietnamese Name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ca Mau Branch – Thanh pho Ca Mau Transaction Office.

- New Name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ca Mau Branch – Dam Doi Transaction Office.

2. Change of Transaction Office Location:

- Current Location: 53 De Tham Street, An Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau Province;

- New Location: 37-39 19/5 Street, Dam Doi Commune, Ca Mau Province.

3. Effective date: January 19, 2026.
