Based on National Assembly Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 of June 12, 2025, concerning the restructuring of provincial-level administrative units, National Assembly Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15 of June 16, 2025, amending and supplementing certain articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Resolution No. 1665/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Ha Tinh Province in 2025; pursuant to Decision No. 4817/QD-BIDV dated June 27, 2025 of BIDV on changing the address of the branch and transaction offices under the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Ha Tinh Branch, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces these changes will take effect on July 1, 2025:

1. Change of branch office address

- Former Address: Xuan Tho Village, Ky Tan Commune, Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province;

- New address: Xuan Tho Village, Ky Hoa Commune, Ha Tinh Province.

2. Change of transaction office addresses under Nam Ha Tinh Branch:

2.3. Ky Dong Transaction Office

- New address: Dong Phu residential group, Ky Anh commune, Ha Tinh province.

2.4. Thach Ha transaction office

- Former Address: No. 87, Ly Tu Trong street, Thach Ha town, Ha Tinh province;

- New address: No. 87, Ly Tu Trong street, Thach Ha commune, Ha Tinh province.
