Based on National Assembly Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 of June 12, 2025, concerning the restructuring of provincial-level administrative units, National Assembly Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15 of June 16, 2025, amending and supplementing certain articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Resolution No. 1666/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Hung Yen province in 2025;, pursuant to BIDV decisions issued on June 27, 2025, concerning address change of branches and transaction offices in Tỉnh Hưng Yên Province, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces these changes will take effect on July 1, 2025:
