From 5 to 15 November 2019, 5,000 first-timers to link their SenPay E-wallet to their BIDV bank account will receive a 50% refund code, maximum value of VND 100,000, for payments of electricity/water bill, train ticket, movie ticket, air ticket, top-up mobile phone, scratch card, game cars, online course, etc.

Incentives:

Successful linking account from 5 to 15 November 2019: receive 50% refund code with refund value up to VND60,000;

Especially, from 11 to 13 November 2019: receive 50% refund code with refund value up to VND100,000 (limited quantity)

Conditions for customers linking SenPay E-wallet to BIDV bank account:

- Customer already used BIDV Smartbanking or BIDV Online.

- Customer’s bank account at BIDV is active.

- Customer’s phone number registered with Senpay is also registered with BIDV.

- Customer’s Senpay account is a personal account.

When and how to receive refund code:

Within 72 working hours after successful linking between accounts, customers will receive a refund code via SMS sent to the phone number they use to log in the e-wallet.

Time for receiving the refund: Within 24 hours after the transaction is completed and no complaints arise.

Time limit of refund code: to be specified in customized SMS sent to each eligible customer.

- Refund code is applicable only 01 time for 01 customer (corresponding to 1 phone number registered with SenPay e-wallet, 1 SenPay account email, 1 payment card account, 1 mobile device, 1 IP address).

- Refund code is applicable only when using Senpay e-wallet account that has just linked to BIDV account for payments of electricity/water bill, train ticket, movie ticket, air ticket, top-up mobile phone, scratch card, game cars, online course, etc.)

- If a customer uses the code for more than 01 time on the same payment identity and/or similar transaction history, or performing transaction with signs of fraud, that customer will not receive refund from Sen Do.
