This marks a significant step forward in BIDV’s digital transformation journey, providing businesses with a seamless and paperless account opening experience.

With the new corporate eKYC solution, businesses can now open accounts and register for BIDV's digital banking services entirely online, without the need to visit a physical branch. The end-to-end digital process—from information collection and identity verification to account activation and service registration—is conducted via a secure online platform Using BIDV’s eKYC, customers can receive funds into their newly opened accounts within 10 minutes, and can perform fund transfers within 4 hours of completing registration. This innovative solution brings a modern, efficient, and secure banking experience tailored to the evolving needs of corporate clients in the digital era. 

The eKYC solution is available to new corporate customers opening accounts for the first time or existing corporate customers registering for BIDV iBank or opening a new current account. To use the service, customers only need to install BIDV iBank mobile app, possess a digital signature of the company’s legal representative, and use a smartphone with NFC capability to complete biometric authentication.

BIDV’s eKYC for corporate customers is powered by advanced technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI), biometric authentication, and multi-layer data encryption. These technologies ensure data security and privacy, while fully complying with the State Bank of Vietnam’s (SBV) regulations on digital customer onboarding and information protection. This outstanding solution has been recognized with the prestigious Sao Khue Award 2025 by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), underscoring BIDV’s commitment to innovation and excellence in digital banking.

The official launch of the eKYC system for corporate customers marks a new milestone in BIDV’s comprehensive digital transformation strategy, enhancing customer experience, optimizing business operations, and reinforcing BIDV’s pioneering position in Vietnam’s digital banking landscape.
