BIDV Thu Thiem branch would like to inform the seizure of assets as follows:

1. Property Name: The certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets, number BY 586420, Certificate of registration number: CH 00731 issued by the People's Committee of District 7 on dated March 6, 2015.

2. Property owner: Mr. Le Quoc Khanh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trinh.

3. Collateral for the loan of Mr. Le Quoc Khanh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trinh.

4. Reason for seizure: Handle collateral for debt recovery as agreed in the Mortgage Contract and regulations of law. 

5. Time to seize security assets: From 11/08/2022 until the seizure is completed. 

6. Location of seizure: Apartment No. D6.05, Reverside Residence Block – P 5, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.
