- Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land specified in the Certificate of Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land no. AN 560113 issued by the People’s Committee of Thanh Oai District on 28 Jul 2008
- Mortgaging party: Mr. Nguyen Van Thai
- Secured party: Duc Thanh Company
2. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security asset to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions law
3. Time of seizure: 11 Apr 2019 until completion
4. Place of seizure: Kim Thu Village, Thanh Oai District, Hanoi
