- Mortgaging party: Mr. Le Ngoc Tuyen (DoB: 20 Jul 1964, ID no.: 111312468) and Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen (DoB: 02 Nov 1969, ID no.: 111795227)

- Secured party: Duc Thanh Company

2. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security asset to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions law

3. Time of seizure: 09 Apr 2019 until completion

4. Place of seizure: Hamlet 11, Hau Ai, Van Canh, Hoai Duc, Hanoi
