The total outstanding debt of Minh Thanh Cong Production & Service Trading Co., Ltd. at BIDV Thanh Nam as of July 2, 2020 is VND 37,671,046,018, of which: short-term principal outstanding is VND 26,345,608,645, medium-term outstanding principal is VND 5,362,000,000, interest rate is VND4,533,030,397, overdue penalty is VND1,430,406,976.

2. Security assets seized to handle debt recovery are as follows:

a) The first property: is the land use right and assets attached to land under the land use right certificate land use rights of houses and other properties associated with land No. CH 206246, number in the certificate of issuing certificate CS03599 issued by the Department Resources and Environment of Nam Dinh province was issued on May 17, 2017 to Mr. Pham Van Thanh and Ms. Pham Thi Theu, as follows:

b) Second asset: is the land use right and assets attached to land under the land use right certificate land use rights of houses and other assets attached to land No. CH 206247, number in the certificate of issuance of certificate CS04392 issued by the Department Resources and Environment of Nam Dinh province was issued on May 17, 2017 to Mr. Pham Van Thanh and Ms. Pham Thi Theu, as follows:

+ Purpose of use: residential land in urban areas

+ Shelf life: long term

+ Origin of using: Receiving land transfer recognized as LUR as the State allocating land with land use fee

- Property attached to land: 3-storey house built in 2017, construction area 52.7 m2, floor area 158.1 m2, reinforced concrete structure, with glass doors, doors, painted wall.

3. Reason for seizing: Handling collateral to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract and the provisions of law.

4. The time for seizing security assets: starts from 14h30 minutes on July 20, 2020 until the completion of the seizure.

5. Place of seizure: No. 7A / 282, Dien Bien street, Cua Bac ward, Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province

6. Term of seizure: From the time of seizing until the collateral is processed, auctioned off for debt collection by BIDV Thanh Nam Branch or until the Borrower fulfills the debt repayment obligation.

7. Security asset handling price: Using valuation results of agencies and organizations with price appraisal function. The cost of hiring valuation agencies and organizations is included in the cost of handling security assets.

8. Handling method: Public auction through a functional auction organization selected by BIDV- Thanh Nam Branch.
