Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC - Thanh Nam Branh (BIDV Thanh Nam) would like to notify the seizure of collateral of Thanh Cong T&G JSC as follow:

1. Information of the collateral:

1.1 Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BD 631561 issued by Nam dinh City People’s Committee, on 27 Oct 2010 for  Mr. Phuong Trieu Ngoc and Mrs Man Do Thi.

1.2 Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BD 631565 issued by Nam dinh City People’s Committee, on 27 Oct 2010 for  Mr. Phuong Trieu Ngoc and Mrs Man Do Thi.

1.3 Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. AE 022267 issued by Nam dinh City People’s Committee, on 13 Apr 2006 for Mrs Man Do Thi.

2. Reason of seizing: To sell the loans of Thanh Cong T&G JSC., whose representative is Mr. Phuong Trieu Ngoc

3. Expected seizing time: At 09:00am on 30 July 2019

4. Seizing location: At the location of the lands.

We require that Mr. Phuong Trieu Ngoc and Mrs Man Do Thi and any party holding the collateral present at the above place and time to implement the transference of the collateral to Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thanh Nam Branch. If the parties mentioned above cannot present, we will cooperate with legislative organizations to seize the collateral as regulated by the law; all costs related to seizing the collateral shall be paid by Mr. Phuong Trieu Ngoc and Mrs Man Do Thi  or Thanh Cong JSC and any party holding the collateral.  If those costs are not covered, they are deducted from the sale of the collateral before paying for the loans.
