Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC - Thanh Hoa Branh (BIDV Thanh Hoa) notifies Hong Phuc J.S.C about the seize of secured assets in order to recover the debts of Hong Phuc J.S.C at BIDV Thanh Hoa as follow:

1. Total debts as of 30 Oct 2018: VND10,909,667,012, particularly:

- Principal balance: VND6,806,986,274

- Interest balance:   VND4,102,680,738

5. Place for seizing: at headquarter of Hong Phuc J.S.C: the craft village clusters - Ha Phong village - Ha Trung district - Thanh Hoa province.

6. Time for seizing: since the time to seize until the secured assets are handled, sold by auction in order to BIDV - Thanh Hoa Branch recover the debts or until the Borrower completed the loan debt payment.
