3. Reason for seizing: To recover debts of Hong Phuc JSC.

4. Expected seizing time: From 25 October 2019 until completion.

5. Seizing location: At headquarter of Hong Phuc JSC: craft village clusters - Ha Phong village - Ha Trung district - Thanh Hoa province.

6. Seizing term: Until the assets are successfully handled  and all debts are recovered.

7. Price for handling assets: Use valuation results of price appraisal organizations. Expenses for hiring valuation agencies and organizations shall be included in asset seizure expenses.
