1. Information of asset: Land use right, ownership of house and other properties associated with the land in the parcel of land No. 728 map No. 23 at Thoi An commune, 12 district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the certificate of Land use right, ownership of house and other properties associated with land No. BU776791; the number in the certificate of issuance: CH04386  issued by 12 District People's Committee on May 26, 2014.

- Owner of assets: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh – Ms. Vu Thi Van Anh

- Secured party: Mr. Vu Hong Truong

2. Reason for seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. The time of seizing security assets: expectedly from 10:00 am on 22 September 2020.

4. Place of seizure: land in the parcel of land No. 728 map No. 23 at Thoi An commune, 12 district, Ho Chi Minh City.
