Address: Na Dat  Hamlet,  Phuc Than Village, Than Uyen District , Lai Chau Province according to Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BA 778117  issued by Than Uyen  District People’s Committee, on 20 April 2011  for Mr. Pham Hong Nam -  Mrs. Ta Thi Huong; and Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BA 778121  issued by Than Uyen  District People’s Committee, on 20 April 2011  for Mr. Pham Hong Nam -  Mrs. Ta Thi Huong

2. Reason of seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.
