Address: Na Dat  Hamlet,  Phuc Than Village, Than Uyen District , Lai Chau Province according to Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BT 244680 issued by Than Uyen  District People’s Committee, on  19 Jun 2018 for Mr. Hoang Ba Duc; Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BT 244681 issued by Than Uyen District People’s Committee, on  19 Jun 2018 for Mr. Hoang Ba Duc; and Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BT 244766 issued by Than Uyen District People’s Committee, on  31 Jul 2018 for Mr. Hoang Ba Duc.

2. Reason of seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. Expected seizing time:

- Land 1.1: on 19 Aug 2019

- Land 1.2: on 19 Aug 2019

- Land 1.3: on 29 Aug 2019
