The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Hai Phong Branch would like to announce the seizure of collateral as follows:

1.Total debt balance of Mr. Dao Xuan Linh at BIDV as of 29 May2019: VND 2,864,241,666 (In words: Two billion, eight hundred sixty-four million, two hundred forty-one thousand, six hundred sixty-six VND./.);  principal is VND1,420,000,000 and interest balance is VND1,444,241,666.

2. Information of the security asset: Land use rights and assets attached to land according to the Certificate of land use rights No. S 686036, recorded in the Certificate issuing book No. 07436 issued by An Hai District People’s Committee (now it is Hai An District People’s Committee), Haiphong on 21 Oct 2011 for  Mr. Nguyen Van Thu.

3. Reason for seizure: according to commitments in mortgage agreement, credit agreement and Law.

4. Expected seizing time: at 10:00 on 26 June 2019

5. Seizing location: Dong Hai 1 Commune, Hai An District, Hai Phong City.

6. Time-limit for seizing: Until the collateral is processed and auctioned successfully, BIDV Hai Phong recovers the debt or the borrower performs the repayment obligation.
