1. Assets name: Land use right and assets attached to land according to Certificate, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets No. AO694426, number in the certificate of issuing certificate: H00123/1399 QĐUBND 2009 issued by People's Committee of  Vinh City on 20 April 2009, owned by Mr. Quach Xuan Dong and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong.

2. Reason for seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and the provisions of law.     

3. Time to seize asset: Starting at 14:00 November 04, 2020.

4. Place of seizure: The address of the site of the collateral.

5. Term of seizure: From the time of seizure until the collateral is processed, successfully auctioned for BIDV-Dong Do Branch to recover the debt or until the borrower completes the loan repayment obligation

6. Collateral settlement price: Using valuation results of agencies or organizations with price appraisal functions. Expenses for hiring a valuation agency or organization are included in the cost of handling security property.
