The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Chuong Duong Branch would like to announce the seizure of collateral as follows:

1. Information of the collateral: Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BG 500846 issued by Dong Anh District People’s Committee, Hanoi on 21 Oct 2011 for  Mr. Hiep Van Pham.

Mr. Quang Dinh Vu represents on behalf of Mr. Hiep Van Pham to carry on guarantee and authorization procedures as stated on Authorization Contract No. 00056, Book No. 01/TP/CC issued by Ngon Lua Viet Notary Office in 09 November 2012.

2. Reason of seizing: To sell the loans of Golden Food Vietnam Ltd., whose representative is Mr. Quang Dinh Vu

3. Expected seizing time: At 09:00am on 20 June 2019

4. Seizing location: Co Dien Village, Hai Boi Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi

We require that Mr. Quang Dinh Vu, Mr. Hiep Van Pham and any party holding the collateral present at the above place and time to implement the transference of the collateral to Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Chuong Duong Branch. If the parties mentioned above cannot present, we will cooperate with legislative organizations to seize the collateral as regulated by the law; all costs related to seizing the collateral shall be paid by Mr. Quang Dinh Vu, Mr. Hiep Van Pham and any party holding the collateral.  If those costs are not covered, they are deducted from the sale of the collateral before paying for the loans.
