1. The overall debts of An Binh Phat Investment Services Company Limited at BIDV Ben Thanh as of  16 March 2022: 22.746.347.608 VND, in particular:

- Principal: 20.000.000.000 VND.

- Accrued interest and late charge: 2.746.347.608 VND.

2. Name of property:

- Asset 1: Land use right of the mortgagor at the address: Thuy Bang Commune, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province according to “Certificate of land use” number BA272457, number in the certificate of issuance book: H00035 issued by People's Committee of Huong Thuy district, Thua Thien Hue province on June 10, 2010.

- Asset 2: Land use right of the mortgagor at the address: Thuy Bang Commune, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province according to “Certificate of land use” number BA272459, number in the certificate of issuance book: H00033 issued by People's Committee of Huong Thuy district, Thua Thien Hue province on June 10, 2010.

3.  Assets owner: Mr Le Ngoc Thien and Mrs Nguyen Thi Hue.

4. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

5. Time of seizure: from 10:00 am on May 05nd, 2022 to until the completion of the actual seizure.

6. Place of seizure: At the place of the collateral.

7. Estimated time of : As from the time of seizing and keeping until collateral property is disposed, auctioned to assist Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch recover debt or until the debt is fully paid.

8. The cost for disposing collateral property: Using appraisal result of agency, organization have competence for appraisement. Expenses for renting agency, organization have competence for appraisement will be calculated into the cost for disposing collateral property.

9. Disposition method: Auction sale will be carried out through organization have competence for auction appointed by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch.
