• Name of property: Mr. Nguyen Minh Chinh and Ms. Ha Thi Huyen’s land use right and assets attached to land in Tam Hiep Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi in accordance with the Certificate of Land Use Right and Ownership over House and other assets attached to land, Certificate no. CE 583942; entry no. in certificate issuance book: CS 29815 issued by Hanoi City Natural Resources and Environment Department on October 20th, 2016.

3. Submission deadline:

The submission time for the applications submitted in person shall be 07 days as of the posting date of the notice on BIDV website (for the applications submitted by post, the time shall be calculated based on the postmarks, provided that BIDV South Hanoi should receive the applications within 09 days as of the date of the notice).

5. Criteria of selection:

The organizations applying for the auction should meet the criteria provided in Item 4, Article 56 of the Property Auctioning Law and the following criteria:

•   Functioning in property auctioning operations.
•   Having been operating for at least 03 years.
•   Having at least 03 auctioneers.
•   Having at least 03 Branches/Representative Offices.
•   Meeting other criteria as required by the Branch.

6. Documents required:

•   Corporate legal profile
•   Capacity and experience profile.
•   Reference letter, other commitments of the auctioning organization (if any).
•   Other documents as required by the Branch.

Notices:

• The notice of the selection shall naturally expire in case the auctioning organization is not allowed to auction in accordance with the regulations of the law.
•  BIDV South Hanoi shall send a notice of the selection results to the selected auctioning organization; for the units which do not receive any notice of the selection results, they shall be considered as not being selected; BIDV South Hanoi shall not return the documents to the unselected units.
