BIDV Phu Dien announces the selection of property auction organizations

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Dien Branch (BIDV Phu Dien) hereby announces the selection of property auction organizations as follows:

1. Information of property:

- Seller: Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC). Address: 22 Hang Voi Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

- Authorized entity: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. Address: 35 Hang Voi Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi

1.1. Land use righst and asset attached to land according to Certificate of land use rights No. G 525079 issued by People’s Committee of Quynh Luu District on 25 December 1995 for Mr. Le Thanh Han. Land lot No.2481 (now is 719), Map No.03 (now is 123-52). Total area:1344 m2. Assets attached to land: house built in 2009, area 110m2 (Currently, ownership of the asset have not certified on the Certificate of land use rights yet).

Reserve price: VND404,000,000  (In words: Four hundred and four million Vietnamese Dongs)

1.2. Land use right and asset attached to land according to the Certificate of land use rights No. I 135032 issued by People’s Committee of Quynh Luu District on 2 October 1996 for Mr. Cao Danh Tac. Land lot No.263 (now is 1338), Map No.09 (now is 125-56). Total area: 140 m2. Asset attached to land: house built in 1995, area 80m2 (Currently, ownership of the asset have not certified on the Certificate of land use rights yet).

Address: Village Tuan A, Quynh Chau Commune, Quynh Luu District, Nghe An Province.

Reserve price: VND553,000,000  (In words: Five hundred and fifty three million Vietnamese Dongs).

1.3. Land use right and asset attached to land according to the Certificate of land use rights No. I 135074 issued by People’s Committee of Quynh Luu District on 2 October 1996 for Mr. Cao Danh Tac. Land lot No.295 (now is 1539), Map No.09 (now is 125-56). Total area: 456 m2. Assets attached to land: house built in 2005, area 67.5m2 (Currently, ownership of the asset have not certified on the Certificate of land use rights yet).

Reserve price: VND784,000,000  (In words: Seven hundred and eighty four million Vietnamese Dongs).

2. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV Phu Dien within 09 days starting from the date of notice)

3. Place for submission:

BIDV Phu Dien, Corporate banking department. Address: No.4 Ward Dien Chau town, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province.

4. Criteria for selection:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Phu Dien will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Phu Dien will not return the documents to the unselected organizations
