4. Criteria for selection:
Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:
- Having legally property auction function.
- Having at least 3 years of operation.
- Having at least 03 auctioneers.
- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.
- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.
- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.
5. Application includes:
- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)
- A written description of competence and experience.
- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).
- Other documents required by authorized entity.
BIDV Cau Giay will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Cau Giay will not return the documents to the unselected organizations. .
